Kentucky Route 216 (KY 216) is a 9.6-mile-long (15.4 km) state highway in the U.S. state of Kentucky. The highway connects mostly rural areas of Monroe County with Hestand and the Tennessee state line.
Route description
KY 216 begins at an intersection with KY 163 (Celina Road) in Hestand, within Monroe County. It travels to the east-northeast and curves to the east-southeast. It passes Bailey Cemetery before curving to the southeast. It then curves to the northeast and back to the east-southeast. The highway heads to the east-northeast and curves back to the east-southeast. KY 216 begins paralleling Little McFarland Creek. It curves to the south-southeast and crosses McFarland Creek. It then curves to the south-southwest and reaches the Tennessee state line. Here, KY 216 ends and Proctor Creek Road continues to the south-southwest.[1]
