Kladeruby is a village and municipality (obec) in Vsetín District in the Zlín Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 7.06 square kilometres (2.73 sq mi), and has a population of 446 (as at 28 August 2006).
Kladeruby lies approximately 20 kilometres (12 mi) north-west of Vsetín, 33 km (21 mi) north-east of Zlín, and 257 km (160 mi) east of Prague.
