Bistro Klein Paardenburg is a former restaurant located in Ouderkerk aan de Amstel, in the Netherlands. It was a fine dining restaurant that was awarded one Michelin star in the periods 1976-1979 and 1985-1990.[2][3][4][5] The restaurant was unexpectedly closed down on 31 January 2011, for no obvious reason.[6]
Klein Paardenburg was founded by Ton Fagel in 1967.[7] He sold the restaurant in 1999.[8]
