Knowlarity Communications is a cloud telephony company in Asia, which replaces traditional communication hardware system with cloud based telephony solutions for small and large businesses.[1] Knowlarity, Asia’s fastest growing cloud telephony player, has over 12,000 firms using their services.[2]
History
- Knowlarity Communications was founded by IIT-Kanpur alumni Ambarish Gupta and Pallav Pandey in August 2009.
- In 2012, Knowlarity Communications raised US $6.6M (INR 34 Crores) in funding from Sequoia Capital.
- In July 2014, Knowlarity secured a Series B funding from Sequoia Capital and Mayfield for US$16 M (INR 90 Crores).[3][4][5]
- Knowlarity is now expanding internationally with offices in Philippines, Turkey and Dubai.[6]

Products
- SuperReceptionist is a virtual receptionist service hosted on the cloud that allows small business owners to manage incoming and outgoing calls on their phone. Other features include call forwarding, recording, missed call marketing, click-to-call and international virtual numbers.[17][18][19]
- SmartIVR is an IVR service in the cloud that can route calls to multiple departments within a company, each having different extensions.[20]
- SuperConference is a free business conference service. Users get a unique PIN to be shared with participants, and the recording of each call can be downloaded.[21]
- SuperFax allows businesses to send and receive Fax using a virtual number. It can be sent in PDF format and received on email.[22][23]
