Kodela Siva Prasad Rao is an Indian politician from the state of Andhra Pradesh. He has served as the first Speaker of the Legislative Assembly of New Andhra Pradesh from 2014. Kodela served in N.T. RamaRao and Nara Chandrababu Naidu cabinets. He also held the portfolios of Home, Health, Major Irrigation, Panchayat Raj, Rural Development and Civil Supplies.
