Krishna Udayasankar |
Krishna Udayasankar is a Singapore-based Indian author, known for her modern retelling of Mahabharata through the novels Govinda, Kaurava and Kurukshetra. The three books collectively comprise the The Aryavarta Chronicles.[1] Her debut novel,Govinda, was a bestseller.
Personal life and education
Udayasankar was born in a Tamil family in Bangalore. She is a graduate of the National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bangalore, and holds a PhD in Strategic Management from the Nanyang Business School, Singapore, where she presently works as a lecturer.[2] She lives in Singapore with her husband and her two pet dogs.[3]
