Kult Records is an American, New York City based Electronic Music label. They started out as an independent underground dance music label which was established in 1994. Primarily as a vinyl label catering to the international underground House music scene. It now encompasses over twenty sub labels of various styles including Mainstream Urban and Pop, Rock, Country, Downtempo, House, Techno, Techhouse and Deep House. All of their labels are distributed by The Orchard (company). Their fields of expertise include Music Distribution, Music Publishing, Music Licensing, Music Production, Artist Development, Remixing, Music Supervision and Consulting.

They have had multiple successes on the Hot Dance Music/Club Play charts and Hot Dance Airplay charts published by Billboard throughout the years. Some of these include: "Dont Want Another Man"[1] by Dynamix (band) featuring vocals by Tina Ann which reached the #1 position within the Billboard Hot Dance Music/Club Play chart in 2000.[2] The single was also nominated that year as best underground "Record of the year" at the Winter Music Conference in Miami. "I Want More"[3] by Amuka (Produced by Offer Nissim) which reached the #1 position within the Billboard Hot Dance Music/Club Play chart in 2006.[4] The single was also nominated that year as best underground "Record of the year" at the Winter Music Conference in Miami. "Make It Happen"[5] by Maya Azucena which reached the #3 position within the Billboard Hot Dance Music/Club Play chart in 2007.[6] "Movin On"[7] by Dynamix featuring Jason Walker which reached the #7 position within the Billboard Hot Dance Music/Club Play chart in 2006.[8] "Never Get Me"[9] by Dynamix featuring Nina Eve which reached the #17 position within the Billboard Hot Dance Music/Club Play chart in 2001.[10] The single was also licensed for re-release by EMI in Japan with a special Japanese vocal version.
