Lai Hing is a former constituency in the Tsuen Wan District.
The constituency returned one district councillor to the Tsuen Wan District Council, with an election every four years. The seat was last held by Nixie Lam of the Democratic Alliance for the Betterment and Progress of Hong Kong.
Lai Hing constituency was loosely based on part of Belvedere Garden, Bayview Garden, Ocean Pointe, Sham Tseng Village and Ting Kau with estimated population of 20,550 in 2011.[2]
