Lethal eviction

Lethal Eviction is a 2005 film starring Jennifer Carpenter and Judd Nelson. It is about an apartment, recently deceased landlord, and acquired by new landlord shortly after. They come up with a plan to evict rent-controlled tenants, lethally, i.e., by murder to gain new tenants at the full market value.
