List of Guarenas / Guatire metro stations
The official project consists of a dual urban Caracas subway system and suburban light rail system, see Caracas Metro map. After the project is concluded (2012) the subway portion is expected to pass to Metro Caracas who seem to have at least 3 possible alternatives:
- 1) No name change in otherwords Guarenas / Guatire Metro;
- 2) Metro Caracas Line 2 (Line 4 has been renamed as Line 2) extension;
- 3) New Line number.
Lines
Subway line will have the following stations:
- Parque del Este
- Montecristo
- Boleita
- Horizonte
- La Urbina Sur
- La Urbina Norte.
Light Train line will have the following stations:
- La Urbina Norte
- Caucaugüita
- Tamarindo
- Guarenas I
- Guarenas II
- Guatire I
- Guatire II
