Major Malfunction is the debut album of drummer Keith LeBlanc, released in 1986 by World Records.[2] Despite being issued under LeBlanc's name, it is considered by the members of Tackhead to be their first album.[3]
Despite the almost universal reference to this album as "Major "Malfunction," the cover clearly shows "Major Malfuction" as being the title.[4]
