The Malacca Butterfly and Reptile Sanctuary (Malay: Taman Rama-Rama) is a zoo in Ayer Keroh, Malacca, Malaysia.

History

The sanctuary was opened on 1 February 1999 and officiated by Malacca Chief Minister Mohd Ali Rustam.[1]

Architecture

The sanctuary was built over an area of 4.8 hectares with a build-up area of 1.6 hectares.[2]

Exhibition

The sanctuary exhibits over more than 20 species of butterfly.

Facilities

The sanctuary is equipped with toilet, cafeteria, souvenir shops and resting area.[3]

Opening time

The park opens everyday from 8.30 a.m. to 5.30 a.m.[4]
