The Malaysia Indian Sports Council-Malaysia Indian Football Association (MISC-MIFA) enters a club in Malaysian football competitions to represent Malaysian Indian community, although the club still allowed a non-Indian in the current squad. The club is based in Kuala Lumpur. They will play in Malaysia Premier League after being promoted as champions of 2016 Malaysia FAM League.
History
The club was created as an effort by Malaysia Indian Football Association to elevate Indian community involvement in sports and also to produce more Indian players in Malaysian football as a whole. The club is sponsored by Malaysia Indian Football Association. In 2013 the club has become champion in the France International Indian tournament.[1]
For 2016 Malaysia FAM League, the club has a budget of RM 800,000 for their bid to win the third division.[2]
In 10 October 2016, the club has qualify to be promoted for 2017 season of Malaysia Premier League.[3][4][5] The club has set aside a decent budget of RM3.5 Million for their maiden season in Malaysia Premier League.[2]
