Mallberry Suites is a business hotel in Cagayan de Oro settled next to a major shopping mall Limketkai Center. This four star hotel was built in 2009 with 40 rooms mainly, and was renovated in 2010 increasing to 133 rooms. Mallberry hotel is located in Limketkai Center adjacent to Robinsons in the heart of the city. The hotel building has a 7 and 10 floors developed by Montecarlo Realty and Development Corporation collaborated jointly with UKC builders and Techno Stress Corporation.
