Mauro Zani (born November 22, 1949) is an Italian politician and Member of the European Parliament for the North-East with the Democrats of the Left (DS), part of the Socialist Group, and sits on the European Parliament's Committee on Development.
Mauro Zani was born in Sala Bolognese (province of Bologna, Emilia-Romagna).
He is a substitute for the Committee on Constitutional Affairs, a member of the Delegation to the ACP countries-European Union Joint Parliamentary Assembly and a substitute for the Delegation for relations with the Palestinian Legislative Council.
