Mayflower (passenger train)
The Mayflower is a named passenger train service from Kingswear to London Paddington Its starts at Kingswear and ends in London.
The Mayflower name was retained by British Railways and one of the long lines of the First Great Western.
Story of the train
The Mayflower was inaugurated in 1957. It is the local service of its big brother express the Cornish Riviera Express. Trains that hauled it were the King Class and the smaller Castle Class
