Michael Izza

Michael Donald McCartney Izza has been the chief executive officer of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales since 2006.[1] Izza first joined ICAEW as executive director of finance and operations in 2002, becoming chief operating officer in 2004 and CEO in 2006. Izza is a former member of the British government's Small Business Economic Forum. Izza was formerly a managing director and group finance director of Spring Group plc from 1997 to 2001. Izza trained as an accountant with Coopers & Lybrand. He gained a law degree at Durham University.[2][3]
