Moshe "Motsi" Leon (Hebrew: משה "מוצי" ליאון; born 1944) is a former Israeli international footballer.
On the 3rd of June 1964, He scored the first goal in the final of the AFC Asian cup, whom Israel won 2-1 against South-Korea.
In 1998 he was introduced into the "Israeli football hall of fame"
In 2008, in Israel's 60th anniversary, he was chosen by the Israeli Football Association as "The best left-back in Israel's History" .
