Mu ping
Mu Ping (หมูปิ้ง) is a street food in Thailand.
Preparation
It is Thai-style grilled pork on a skewer that is marinated by pounding coriander root, pepper and garlic together and then grilling on a charcoal BBQ.[1] Mu Ping has many different recipes each with a different marinade. Milk is indispensable because it tenderizes the pork.
Mu Ping is served with sticky rice and nam jim jeaw sauce. Nam Jim Jeaw sauce is spicy and complements grilled meat.[2]
Mu Ping is convenient for breakfast or commuting because it is easy to find on the street. It is affordable(five to ten baht).[3]
