Nanyang Commercial Bank

Nanyang Commercial Bank (NCB, Chinese: 南洋商業銀行) is a bank based in Hong Kong and a wholly owned subsidiary of China Cinda Asset Management, with 41 branches. NCB primarily focuses on corporate customers, in particular trading companies. However, since 2007 it has also taken over all of Bank of China (Hong Kong)'s mainland business as well.
In 2015 China Cinda Asset Management acquired Nanyang Commercial Bank from Bank of China (Hong Kong).
