Nobumasa Fukuda (福田永将, born July 23, 1988 in Japan) is a Japanese professional baseball player for the Chunichi Dragons in Japan's Nippon Professional Baseball.
He attended Yokohama Senior High School before being drafted by the Dragons in 2007.
On 7 July, 2009, Fukuda made his debut against the Tokyo Yakult Swallows pinch hitting for Kenichi Nakata at Meiji Jingu Stadium and became the 49th player in NPB history to hit a home-run in his first at-bat.[1]
