Northumbria Helicopters Ltd are a British CAA-approved Commercial Charter Company (AOC Operator), flight training organisation and type rating training organisation. They offer commercial helicopter charter, training from Private Pilots Licence (PPL) up to Commercial Pilots Licence (CPL), and also Type Rating Training on Robinson R22, Robinson R44 and Bell 206 helicopters. They also have an in-house Flight Examiner (FE).
They are based at Newcastle Airport, Tyne and Wear, and at Carlisle Lake District Airport, Cumbria.
The company owns and operates the following helicopters:
- 2× Robinson R22
- 1× Robinson R44
