Okounov (German: Okenau) is a village and municipality (obec) in Chomutov District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 8.24 square kilometres (3.18 sq mi), and has a population of 313 (as at 28 August 2006).
Okounov lies approximately 24 kilometres (15 mi) south-west of Chomutov, 74 km (46 mi) south-west of Ústí nad Labem, and 99 km (62 mi) west of Prague.
