Promotion Fund of Vietnamese Football Talents Football Club, commonly known as PVF, is a professional football club based in Ho Chi Minh City. The team will compete in the V.League 2, the second tier of Vietnamese football.
History
The Promotion Fund of Vietnamese Football Talents was created in 2012 to develop youth football in the country.[1]
