Pakali was a village development committee in Sunsari District in the Koshi Zone of south-eastern Nepal but now it's part of Sub-metropolitan city Itahari. At the time of the 1991 Nepal census it had a population of 9500.[1] Now Itahari sub-metropolitan city.
