The discography of Australian R&B and pop singer and songwriter Paulini consists of four studio albums, one extended play, thirteen singles (including three as a featured artist), and ten music videos. Paulini rose to prominence after placing fourth in the first season of Australian Idol in 2003. Despite not winning, Paulini was offered a record deal with Sony BMG.[1]

In 2004, she released her debut studio album, One Determined Heart, which debuted at number one on the ARIA Albums Chart, where it remained for two consecutive weeks.[2] The album was certified platinum by the Australian Recording Industry Association (ARIA), denoting shipments of 70,000 copies. The lead single "Angel Eyes" peaked at number one on the ARIA Singles Chart for three non-consecutive weeks,[3] and was also certified platinum. It earned Paulini an ARIA Music Award nomination for "Highest Selling Single".[4] The album's second single "We Can Try" peaked at number 30.[3] In November 2004, Paulini released her debut extended play, Amazing Grace: Songs for Christmas,[5] which peaked at number 70 on the ARIA Albums Chart.

In 2006, Paulini became a member of the Australian all-girl pop group Young Divas. The group's self-titled debut album debuted at number four on the ARIA Albums Chart[6] and was certified double platinum.[7] The album spawned two top-ten singles, "This Time I Know It's for Real" and "Happenin' All Over Again".[6] During this time, Paulini released her second studio album, Superwoman. The album failed to achieve the commercial success of her debut album, and only managed to reach number 72 on the ARIA Albums Chart.[2] The album yielded two singles, "Rough Day" and "So Over You". The former peaked at number 26 on the ARIA Singles Chart, while the latter peaked at number 49. In 2007, Young Divas released their second studio album, New Attitude, before disbanding the following year.[8] Following the group's disbandment, Paulini ended her contract with Sony BMG.

In 2009, she signed a record publishing deal with Albert Music[9] and released a charity single titled "Scarless", to help raise awareness and support for the White Ribbon Campaign.[10] Paulini's third studio album Come Alive was released in May 2015, and debuted at number 25 on the ARIA Albums Chart. The album was preceded by the singles "Air It All Out" and "By My Side".
