Paulo Morelli (born 1956) is a Brazilian film director.
Morelli was born as Paulo de Tarso Morelli in São Paulo, and when studying architecture at the University of São Paulo he became involved in experimental film making. In the 1990s, with Fernando Meirelles and Andrea Barata Ribeiro, he became an advertisement film director with O2 Filmes, the biggest Brazilian advertisement firm, which has also produced City of God, Domésticas (Maids) and Speaker Phone (Viva Voz).[1]
