Pavel Kucherov (Russian: Павел Владимирович Кучеров; born 18 August 1964 in Smolensk) is a Russian football coach was an assistant coach at Dinamo Minsk and now he works as a scout at Arsenal F.C.

Kucherov holds Dutch and Russian citizenship.

Kucherov spent time as a coach in The Netherlands and in March 2011 he left the Dutch club Willem II Tilburg[1] and on 18 October 2011 was appointed coach for the Ukrainian Premier League club FC Karpaty.[2]
