Peter Černák (born 21 January 1976) is a Slovak football player who currently plays for the Slovak 6. liga club FC Baník Horná Nitra. He played for FC Spartak Trnava, FC ViOn Zlaté Moravce and ŠK Slovan Bratislava and SK Dynamo České Budějovice in the Czech Gambrinus liga.[1]
