Pilipinas HD (lit. Philippines HD) is a content providing platform based in the Philippines that produces documentaries and programs promoting Filipino culture, ethnicity, historical values, identity and nationalism. Pilipinas HD is a concept of veteran sports broadcaster, former Teledyaryo anchor of NBN Channel 4 and "Time Out" of 24 Oras segment host Chino Trinidad. During its test broadcast started on June 12 (Philippine Independence Day) until August 31, Trinidad rented a satellite space to all cable and DTH satellite operators to be able to watch by the viewing public free of charge.

[1][2] On September 1, 2016, Pilipinas HD went into full terrestrial broadcast (free to air), after they started airing the channel via digital terrestrial television through BEAM TV.

Pilipinas HD now operates 24 hours on cable and satellite while it operates 18 hours on digital terrestrial TV.
