Prashant Singh, a member of Samajwadi Party, represents Handiya vidhansabha of Allahabad as the member of legislative assembly,[1] Allahabad. At present, he is the youngest MLA of the country. Prashant Singh was born on 26 October 1986 in Mahesh Narayan Singh's family.
Early Life and Education
Prashant received his primary education from Boys High School & College, Allahabad. Gifted with a logical mindset, Prashant pursued LLM from Dehradoon Law College. During his study period, his father, also MLA of Handiya, Mahesh Narayan died of a chronic disease. After his father's death, Prashant took the responsibility of his family. His father was a man of great political ability. After him, on invocation from the regional public. Prashant contested the Legislative Assembly election from Handiya, and carried forward his father's political legacy.[2]
