Precision Capital
Precision Capital S.A. is a Luxembourg incorporated holding company for a banking group that consist of Banque Internationale à Luxembourg, KBL European Private Bankers (with German subsidiary Merck Finck & Co.), Banque Puilaetco Dewaay Luxembourg, Puilaetco Dewaay Private Bankers (of Belgium), KBL Richelieu Banque Privée (of France) and Theodoor Gilissen Bankiers (of the Netherlands). The group was supervised by European Central Bank directly due to their size.[1]
The holding company was owned by House of Thani of Qatar.[2] It was reported that it was owned by HE Hamad bin Jassim bin Jaber Al Thani, former Prime Minister of Qatar[3] and a distant relatives of the King.
