Pyrausta scurralis is a moth in the Crambidae family. It was described by Hulst in 1886.[1] It is found in North America, where it has been recorded from Manitoba and Saskatchewan to California, Arizona, New Mexico and Mexico.[2] The habitat consists of undisturbed, shrubby Aspen parkland.
The wingspan is about 23 mm. The ground color of the fore- and hindwings is pale yellowish white. There is a pink Y-shape on the outer half of the forewings. Adults are on wing from July to August.
The larvae possibly feed on a Labiatae species.[3]
