In the year 2000 she had a hit single in the UK called "Falling" as a member of the six piece pop group Boom!, and the band went on tour with popular boyband Westlife.[1] Carr also worked as a body double for celebrities such as Britney Spears, Pink and Christina Aguilera.[2] She appeared on a documentary entitled Body Doubles broadcast on the UK channel BBC Three.[1] While doing a photo shoot for Ocean Drive Magazine in the States, World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) agent Lou Maggio discovered her, and it was through him that she was signed to a WWE Developmental Contract.[2]
On 12 May 2009, it was reported by The Sun newspaper in the UK that WWE signed Carr to a developmental contract and was assigned to their developmental territory Florida Championship Wrestling.[2]
