Rafael J. Díaz (born August 20, 1971) is a Puerto Rican professional baseball pitcher for the Toros de Tijuana of the Mexican Baseball League.[1]
Díaz attended Escuela Superio in Bayamon, Puerto Rico. The Cincinnati Reds selected Díaz in the ninth round of the 1989 MLB Draft at the age of 16. After playing in Minor League Baseball for the Reds organization in 1989 and 1990 and the Kansas City Royals organization in 1991, he played for the California Giants. He currently resides in Puerto Rico.
