Ranzo is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Imperia in the Italian region Liguria, located about 80 kilometres (50 mi) southwest of Genoa and about 20 kilometres (12 mi) north of Imperia. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 546 and an area of 11.7 square kilometres (4.5 sq mi).[1]
Ranzo borders the following municipalities: Aquila di Arroscia, Borghetto d'Arroscia, Casanova Lerrone, Nasino, and Onzo.
