Revation LinkLive

The Revation LinkLive Unified Communications Server or LinkLive UCS in telecommunication and computer networking is a commercial closed-source Unified Communications (UC) system by Revation Systems. The system provides integrated IP telephony, Interactive Voice Response using SCXML, Automatic Call Distribution, conferencing, customer service chat, secure mail, secure instant messaging,^[1] voice mail, Instant messaging, video sharing, desktop sharing, file sharing, file storage and file versioning.^[2]

The Automatic Call Distribution functionality can service blended-media (e.g. call and chat sessions)^[3] source-based to multiple groups, destination-based on availability, priority, and skill of the agents.^[4] Presence of groups of agents or individual users can be published on a web page or in an email or any other document that support HTTP.^[5] Hunt Group agents can also instantly connect back to customers so agents can see what customers see^[6]

The LinkLive UCS encrypts all aspects of communications: voice, video, instant messaging, presence, file sharing, desktop sharing, email using Transport Layer Security (TLS) and Secure Real-time Transport Protocol (SRTP). All activities are encrypted, logged and recorded.^[7]
