Rika Masuya (増矢理花, born 14 September 1995 in Tokushima Prefecture) is a Japanese women's international footballer who plays as a midfielder. She is a member of the Japan women's national football team. She was part of the team at the 2014 Asian Games and 2015 EAFF Women's East Asian Cup Final. On club level she played for INAC Kobe Leonessa in Japan.[1][2]
