Rivarone is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Alessandria in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 80 kilometres (50 mi) east of Turin and about 11 kilometres (7 mi) northeast of Alessandria. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 383 and an area of 6.1 square kilometres (2.4 sq mi).[1]
