Salvatore "Sal" "Rocky" Cenicola III (born July 13, 1960) is a former American professional boxer and restauranteur. He holds a record in the Guinness Book of World Records for the longest interval between professional boxing matches,[1] (25 years and 63 days) which was set on April 13, 2013 and is a 2012 inductee into the New Jersey Boxing Hall of Fame.[2][3][4]
Cenicola attended Pascack Valley High School, where he competed in interscholastic wrestling.[2]
