Sapabek Asipuly

Sapabek Asipuly (Kazakh: Сапабек Асіпұлы) is a prominent writer from Kazakhstan who in 2006 nominated Sacha Baron Cohen for the annual award granted by the Kazakh Club of Art Patrons.[1]
