Sarah Marince is an American country music singer from Moon Township, Pennsylvania. Active as a singer since childhood, she self-released one album in 2008. Marince made her chart debut in 2010 when radio host Blair Garner played her song "In the Meantime".
Musical career
Marince has been a singer since childhood, having won gold medals in Irish vocal competitions during her middle school years.[3]
Marince released her first album, Somebody Like You, in early 2008.[2] The songs were co-written by former Pittsburgh-based songwriters Dave Pahanish and Joe West, who had relocated to Nashville.[4] Marince also performed at the South by Southwest music festival that year, and then recorded an advertising jingle for the Eat'n Park restaurant chain.[1] She is also a commercial spokeswoman for the chain.
In late July 2010, radio host Blair Garner played one of Marince's songs, "In the Meantime", during his After Midnite radio program.[5] Marince wrote the song with Gary Burr, Victoria Shaw and Caroline Cutbirth of Stealing Angels.[6] The song debuted at No. 59 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs charts.[7]
Personal
Marince has dated Casey Bond, a professional baseball player and actor. They met while he attended Lipscomb University in Nashville.[8]
