Scamandrius

In Greek mythology, Scamandrius (or Skamandrios) is a name that suggests some association with the city of Troy. This is because it derives from the river Scamander (or Skamandros), which is near the city.

Scamandrius was the name that Hector gave to his and Andromache's son. Though the people also call him by the name Astyanax.
