The 1999–2000 Honduran Segunda División was the 21st season of the Honduran Segunda División, the second-tier league in Honduran football. A total of 23 teams contested the league. Deportes Savio won the tournament and obtained promotion to the 2000–01 Honduran Liga Nacional season.[1]
