Sirajul Islam (May 15, 1938 – March 24, 2015) was a Bangladeshi actor.^[1] He won the Bangladesh National Film Award for Best Supporting Actor in 1984 for his performance in "Chandranath".^[1]

Career

Along with his paretns, Islam migrated to Dhaka in 1947.^[2]

He made his directorial debut in 1980 with the film Shonar Horin.^[2]

Islam was married to Marufa Islam. Together they had three children including Mobassherul Islam.^[2]
