Social Movement Studies: Journal of Social, Cultural and Political Protest is a bimonthly peer-reviewed academic journal covering sociological research on protests, social movements, and collective behavior, including reviews of books on these topics. It was established in 2002 and is published by Routledge. The editor-in-chief is Kevin Gillan (Aston University).
