Charting versions of the song were made by Guy Mitchell[1] (the most popular version, reaching #8 on the Billboard chart), Bing Crosby and The Andrews Sisters (also reaching #8 on the Billboard chart),[2] and Rex Allen[3] (reaching #28 on the Billboard chart). The Allen version crossed to Billboard's C/W chart.
