StoneCastle Partners, LLC is an American financial institution focused on community banks, and provides cash management service for institutional investors. The company was founded in 2003, and its headquarters is in New York City.[1] It has offices in Atlanta, GA; Mobile, AL; Salt Lake City, UT; Chicago, IL and Palo Alto, CA.[2] It provides Cash Management options in high liquidity and term investments, both under Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation insurance. [3]

The firm was founded by Joshua Siegel and George Shilowitz. It also has minority ownership investments from Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce and Charlesbank Capital Partners.[4]

Current executives include Stephen J. Rotella, former CEO at Chase Home Finance, JP Morgan Chase and former COO at Washington Mutual.[5]
