Thaltej is a census town in Ahmedabad district in the Indian state of Gujarat.
Demographics
As of 2001 India census,[1] Thaltej had a population of 42,699. Males constitute 53% of the population and females 47%. Thaltej has an average literacy rate of 80%, higher than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 84%, and female literacy is 77%. In Thaltej, 10% of the population is under 6 years of age.
