Thokur (Thokuru or Thokooru in Tulu) is the name of two villages in South Canara district of Karnataka State in India.
Thokur near Haleyangandi
Thokur (Thokuru) is (South Canara District, Mangalore Taluk) in midway between Haleyangadi and Kinnigoli, and 6 km south of the town of Gorbludee. This village houses a Subramanya temple & a Juma Masjid.
Thokur near Pejavara
This Thokur is a village near Pejavara. Currently Thokur railway station here is the last point southwards under the jurisdiction of Konkan Railway.[1]
